Position Title: Applications Developer Senior Department: Research & Development Reports to: Manager of Research & Development

Primary Objective of Postition

Develops specifications for moderately complex software programming applications and modifies/maintains the existing software. Develops, modifies and maintains applications that may be customized or standardized. Participates in design and coding activities with other staff members.

Knowledge and Skill Required

Minimum five(5) years experience as Database Developer (NOT Administrator) working with SQL Server 2000 or above (experience with equivalent products may be considered). Minimum five (5) years Web Development experience. Minimum five (5) years.NET and CSharp experience. Minimum one (1) year of WPF experience. Minimum one (1) year of WCF experience. Minimum six (6) months of Silverlight experience. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other technical staff members Ability to interface well with Professional Service staff and other non-technical members of the organization. Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies. Knowledge relating to the area in which analysis and coding is performed. Provide project development in the areas of analysis, design, programming, testing, implementation, and on-going system support Ability to help design/architect new development and functionality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Designs/codes applications following specifications using the appropriate tools. Maintains and modifies existing applications on their own as well as under direction from senior staff members. Performs maintenance programming for existing version. Performs custom programming at management’s request. Assumes responsibility for ongoing data and code architecture for product. May lead and direct the work of others. Other duties as assigned.

Position Title: QA Analyst II Department: Research & Development Reports to: Manager of QA

Primary Objective of Postition

Develops, publishes, and implements test plans. Writes and maintains test automation. Develops quality assurance standards. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. Familiar with Windows environments. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Knowledge and Skill Required

Position Title: Site Content Manager Department: Operations Reports to: VP of Operations

Primary Objective of Postition

The Site Content Manager will insure all products and Suppliers are setup properly for the bwconnect shopping site. Setup of product will consist of image setup, assigning products to categories and attributes and insuring all product descriptions are in a standard format. Supplier set up consists of proper set up of landing pages, payment terms, and their listings on the site.

Knowledge and Skill Required

Experience in business-to-business marketing and e-commerce merchandising. Proven experience in problem solving by improving processes and learning from what does and doesn’t work. Experience with HTML. Experience with web publishing tools, plus the ability to learn new tools quickly. Experience with Photoshop, and image manipulation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to write particularly descriptive copy. Strong verbal communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Setup all products on the site to include assigning products to the appropriate categories and attributes. Work with Director of Merchandising to build and manage product taxonomy. Work with vendors to setup cross-selling products and product stories. Work with Director of Merchandising to plan, develop and execute site content on home pages, category pages and landing pages across the site. Work with Director of Merchandising to manage related and recommended product data. Help drive the challenge of merchandising products that require accurate, detailed information to gain customer trust. Stays on top of trends in the industry.

Position Title: Support Technician I Department: Operations Reports to: Manager of Customer Support

Primary Objective of Postition

A Tier I Support Technician is responsible for providing support for new and existing Brandwise clients across North America and in Canada.

Knowledge and Skill Required

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Internet Explorer, and SQL databases Proficiency in wired and wireless networking setup, TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN protocols and technologies

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides Level I first-line phone and email support Assists with both the use of our applications and with the exchange of data as part of our service Provides hardware and software support Provides on-site and online client support Provdes on-call weekend support as required
