Todd Litzman – President


In addition to leading Brandwise -- a leading B2B, Sales Force Automation, Visual Merchandising, CRM, Business Intelligence, Data aggregation and Data Consulting business with more than 450 clients -- Todd is actively involved with the Gift and Home Trade Association (GHTA). Currently, he is treasurer on the executive board of directors of the GHTA. He also serves as secretary on the board of directors for Choose Outdoors, a not-for-profit organization geared at getting kids outside. Todd has more than 23 years experience in designing, developing, installing and supporting computerized point of sale, inventory management, and sales process automation systems. Prior to starting Brandwise, he was an independent consultant for Paramount Parks, Inc., and was responsible for the recommendation and implementation of ticketing, concessions, merchandising and inventory control systems for five major theme parks in the United States and one in Canada during this two year project.


Jannetta Litzman – Chief Financial Officer

Jannetta was Co-founder of Showroom Solutions in 1997 (which later merged with Brandwise). Jannetta is responsible for all financial activities including budget planning, financial reporting, strategic planning, human resources and legal. Prior to Brandwise, Jannetta founded Designer Accents, the catalyst behind Showroom Solutions. Designer Accents was a To the Trade Only Home Accessory and Accent Furniture Showroom that served Professional Designers. In the initial start-up phase of the business, Jannetta oversaw all aspects of the operations from client relations, showroom design, purchasing and finance. From 2001 until the sale of the business in 2009, Jannetta remained involved at a high level while taking a more active role in Brandwise, Inc. Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, Jannetta was part of the sales team for Lucent Technologies (formerly AT&T). Jannetta currently serves on the board of Gift For Life– A partnership between the Gift, Home and Stationary industries to raise funds in support of AIDS research and education. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis on Marketing/Management from Northern State University and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Randy Quade – Chief Technology Officer

Randy currently heads up all research and development as the CTO for Brandwise, Inc. He has over 15 years experience in software development, including 10 years in system design and architecture. Six of those years have been spent focused on sales force automation. Randy holds two BS degrees in both Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Dubuque. Prior to joining Brandwise, Randy was the Director of R&D for Pacer/CATS, developing international amusement park ticketing and concession systems. He has also worked to develop and customize the SBT accounting software, which is now owned by AccPac.

Karen Radcliffe – Vice President of Operations

As a former Operations Manager with a large national sales rep group and one of the founders of the Boomerang group, Karen has a long history of designing, implementing and training SFA and commission systems for the Wholesale Gift and Home Furnishings segments. During her tenure with Brandwise, Karen has been both VP of Agency Operations and Product Manager for the agency-side software, as well as VP of Systems Integration where she managed the integration of all software offered by Brandwise to provide a complete suite of products offering B2B, Sales Force Automation, CRM and Data Consulting. In 2007, Karen took on the mantle of VP of Operations. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from National Louis University in Chicago, Illinois.

Paul Bishop – Vice President Marketing and Communications

Paul began his career in-house with the fashion designer, Versace. He spent seven years with the company in Milan, Italy and Manhattan, ultimately acting as the director of celebrity marketing and media. In this role, he coordinated photo shoots, organized events, international endorsement tours, and product placement in film, video and TV. He then moved to Michigan near his family and began his own marketing and PR business where he worked with a variety of clients including Royal Doulton and eBay. Paul then joined the PR firm Seyferth, Spaulding, Tennyson where, as VP, he provided senior counsel to multiple major accounts including Blue Cross Blue Shield for whom he created and managed an award-winning, multi-million dollar experiential marketing tour. Most recently, Paul spent three years as executive vice-president at Professional Marketing where he managed consumer goods accounts providing B2B, national and international marketing and communications services.

Bill Miller – Data Integration Manager

Bill leads the data integration team for Brandwise whose focus is integrating our customers’ data with the Brandwise suite of applications as well as creating new ways to utilize the data, giving our customers the competitive edge. Bill has 15 years of experience utilizing database and information technologies to architect, design and implement complex information solutions for many small shops and international enterprises across a diverse range of industry verticals.Prior to joining Brandwise, Bill was a Manager of Solution Development specializing in database products for a multinational consulting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science specializing Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts.

Greg Ford – Director of Business Development

Greg is a high energy, dynamic sales strategist with over 15 years of achievement and demonstrated success driving sales in highly competitive markets. Greg has worked for benchmark companies like Schwinn / GT, Raleigh America and Diamondback Fitness in a variety of sales capacities from Territory Manager, Regional Manager and National Sales Manager. Greg has effectively managed accounts ranging from small retailers to Neiman Marcus, Wal-Mart, Home Depot and JCPenney. His background brings in-depth practical experience on how Brandwise can optimize the sales process and positively impact our client’s corporate sales culture. Greg’s belief in focusing on customer loyalty, forging strong relationships will allow Brandwise to continue its penetration into new channels and deepen our reach within our existing markets.
