Sales Capsules: A Deeper Look
The Sales Capsule gives the salesperson
access to vital account-related information without having to cross-reference reports
or search through multiple sources.
You can select a viewable account by searching account names, numbers, types, or
by selecting a geographic area. Once an account is selected, you'll see a broad
array of useful information on a single report.
Credit Information In this section, view available client credit as well as any balance they
may carry. If the client has an overdue balance, you can see exactly hoe far past
due date it is without having to wait on the phone with customer service.
Best Sellers Another power section is the "Best Sellers Not Bought" report outlining
top selling product over the last year that your client has yet to order. The handy
"Suggested order Qty" field lets any salesperson take immediate note of client interest
expanding their purchase on the spot.
SKU's shipped last 365 days This section facilitates an easy reorder by showing a sales rep the total
units ordered and shipped by SKU to the customer. The wirksheet portion allows for
a quick inventory of existing product to determine the appropriate reorder.

Analysis Tab: SKU Lookup Screen
The SKU lookup screen, accessed through
the Analysis tab at the top of SalesOptimizer, can be an invaluable tool for customer
service and also facilitate quick conflict checks.
Customer Service Customers call in with myriad requests -- SalesOptimizer helps your support
staff get fast answers. Using SKU lookup, you'll see at a glance what stores in
a given area carry a particular product. And with direct links to orders and ships
information, they can quickly referenced past sales and shipments.
Sales Sales reps can also take advantage of the SKU lookup to determine if a
store has ordered a particular item in the past.
Additionally, SKU lookup makes your conflict checks quick and easy by showing all
accounts that have ordered a SKU in the past.
Not only can you see what accounts have ordered the SKU, you can see which orders
included that item and what date it was shipped.

Accessing the Application with Ease
Of course SalesOptimizer can be accessed
from any internet-ready computer, anywhere in the world, but how exaclty? Upon installation,
you'll receive a desktop icon that provides a link to the application online to
make logging in quick and easy.
Did you know? If this icon is deleted, or moved, or if you need to access SalesOptimizer
from a computer that's not you own, there's no need to panic. SalesOptimizer is
easily reached from most web browsers by the address bar. Just point your browser
to
http://e.brandwise.com
.
You'll end up at the same login you're familiar with from double clickin the SalesOptimizer
icon. Brandwise also recommends you save this website as a bookmark in your browser
for easy retrieval in the future.
