Reports: Tool Bar Functions
The toolbar at the top of
any report in SalesOptimizer is a handy way to search for specific report items,
navigate long reports, and export information to a variety of places. Some
features to note include:
Find / Next
Looking for a specific line item, customer, or any other keyword? Enter a word
to find in the text box and click "Find" to locate the first instance of this
keyword in the report. Clicking "Next" will jump to each subsequent instance of
that keyword in the report.
Export
Need to deliver a report to a manager or send a Sales Capsule to retailer in PDF
format? The pull down menu next to the "Export" button lets you select a number
of output formats including Excel and PDF. Choose the format that works best for
you, click "Export" and save or email the file.
Print
The printer icon at the far right of the toolbar allows you to print a hardcopy
of your report. You'll be prompted to confirm which printer you'd like to use
along with the number of copies and other standard options.

Brandwise is proud to
announce the upcoming release of our revamped customer mapping utility, and it;s
availability at the rep level. Soon, you'll be able to plot out existing
customers on a brand new map engine, search for new ones for instant
prospecting, and efficiently plan your sales day using traffic and weather
overlays. You will be able to access nearly all customer-related data just by
hovering over a customer's plot on the map!

Orders & Ships: Holds and Cancels
The Orders & Ships tab grants access to some vital account info
that may have previously required a phone call between sales rep and
manufacturer. Two features of this tab to explore are Hold and Cancels.
List all Holds
Selecting this options from the left hand navigation bar allows a rep to see all
orders their customers have placed that are currently on hold. A brief
description is displayed in the "Status" column. Additionally, the list provides
key order details including original order total and any open amount.
Recent Cancels
This option, also available from the left hand navigation bar, will
display any canceled orders within the past 90 days. Order totals, shipped
amounts as well as open amounts are displayed providing a rundown of key
statistics for the order. The search function at the top of the screen allows
for quick checks or canceled orders on particular accounts.
