Todd Litzman – President
and Co-Founder Showroom Solutions, Inc. (Showroom Solutions merged with Brandwise
Inc. in 2005)
Todd has over 20 years experience in developing, installing and supporting computerized
Point of Sales and Inventory Management systems for various companies. Todd and
his team have grown Showroom Solutions, Inc. from a basement company with two employees
in 1997 to the largest provider of B2B, Sales Force Automation, CRM and Data Consulting
to the Wholesale Gift and Home Furnishings segment with over 40 employees supporting
an excess of 450 corporate clients. Prior to starting Brandwise Inc., Todd was an
independent consultant for Paramount Parks, Inc., and was responsible for the recommendation
and implementation of ticketing, concessions, merchandising and inventory control
systems for five major theme parks in the United States and one in Canada during
this two year project. Previous to this experience, Todd was Senior Vice President
of Operations with Icon International Corporation, one of the largest suppliers
of automated ticking systems for Movie Theaters, Stadiums/Arena’s and Amusement
Parks in the US and Europe at the time, before being bought out by ETM Corporation
in 1999.

Jannetta Litzman – Chief
Financial Officer
Jannetta is one of the founders of the Denver-based Showroom Solutions and now oversees
all financial activities at Brandwise. She has had extensive experience interacting
with suppliers and sales representatives as the owner of a retail business in the
Home Décor and Home Furnishings industry for 10 years. Prior to her entrepreneurial
ventures, Jannetta was part of the sales team for Lucent Technologies (formerly
AT&T). Mrs. Litzman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis
on Marketing/Management from Northern State University and an MBA from the University
of Denver.

Randy Quade – Chief Technology
Officer
Randy currently heads up all research and development as the CTO for Brandwise,
Inc. He has over 15 years experience in software development, including 10 years
in system design and architecture. Six of those years have been spent focused on
sales force automation. Randy holds two BS degrees in both Computer Science and
Business Administration from the University of Dubuque. Prior to joining Brandwise,
Randy was the Director of R&D for Pacer/CATS, developing international amusement
park ticketing and concession systems. He has also worked to develop and customize
the SBT accounting software, which is now owned by AccPac.

Karen Radcliffe – Vice President
of Operations
As a former Operations Manager with a large national sales rep group and one of
the founders of the Boomerang group, Karen has a long history of designing, implementing
and training SFA and commission systems for the Wholesale Gift and Home Furnishings
segments. During her tenure with Brandwise, Karen has been both VP of Agency Operations
and Product Manager for the agency-side software, as well as VP of Systems Integration
where she managed the integration of all software offered by Brandwise to provide
a complete suite of products offering B2B, Sales Force Automation, CRM and Data
Consulting. In 2007, Karen took on the mantle of VP of Operations. She holds a Bachelors
of Science in Business Management from National Louis University in Chicago, Illinois.

Jim McNulty – Vice President
of Sales
Jim leads the Brandwise Sales Team as Vice President of Sales. He has over 16 years
of successful experience in sales and sales management in the electronic component
and specialty semiconductor distribution industries, managing and growing sales
operations in Denver, Salt Lake City, and Los Angeles. He has extensive skills and
knowledge managing technical field and inside sales, applications engineering, and
customer service. Jim has won and managed major corporate contracts with Lucent
Technologies, Agilent Technologies, and other large technology companies through
the course of his career. Jim joined the Brandwise team after a successful entrepreneurial
endeavor. He earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Miami
University in Oxford, Ohio.

Kevin Wood – Manager of Quality
Assurance
Currently managing the Quality Assurance department for Brandwise, Kevin has been
involved with QA for eleven years. Introduced to the role while in college at Metro
State in Denver, Colorado, he has managed many projects and teams within his QA
roles over the years, which include Director of Quality Assurance for Pacer/CATS
(3 Years), Senior Team Lead for both Qwest Communications (1 year) & Time Warner
Communications (2 years). Kevin joined the Brandwise team in 2002, wearing many
hats with the company before returning to the QA department as manager in the fall
of 2006.

Becky Quade – Director of
Human Resources
Becky has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources, most notable in the areas
of Employee/ Labor Relations. Currently, she handles all aspects of the HR function
for Brandwise, including compensation and benefits administration, recruitment,
and the developement of company-wide policies and procedures.

Brian Kirsch – Manager of
Data Integration
Brian has been an integral member of the Brandwise team since 2000. Brian has worn
many hats in his tenure with the company including support technician, installation
and training specialist, sales associate, and data integration specialist. In Brian's
years with Brandwise he has gained vast industry knowledge making him a valuable
asset to the Brandwise team. Brian is currently responsible for managing the data
integration team, and his skill at his job and his enthusiasm for the company should
help take Brandwise to the next level.

Jed Fischer – Web Implementation
Manager
Jed began his career with Brandwise in the support department and has been a senior
member of the staff since 2002. His prior experience includes a number of freelance
web design and e-commerce projects for various companies in the area. Notably he
has created a campaign website for a local mayoral candidate who still holds office
today. Additionally, he helped found Goodtastic!, an online retailer in 2002. Jed
brings a broad background of technical expertise to his current role and his four
years in direct client contact have given him solid insights into customer interaction,
making him an exceptional choice for managing all implementation activities with
Brandwise clients who use our Web-based products like SalesOptimizer and OrderNet.
