Our web-based sales order integration application, OrderNet, is designed to save your business time, money and paper waste over traditional methods of receiving orders like fax or email.

The Brandwise data integration team works with your IT department to configure an export file matching your ERP or accounting system for a clean import, immediately saving time and eliminating costly errors that plague manual order entry. By importing these orders in minutes instead of hand-keying them over hours, your fulfillment capabilities are accelerated to real time, adding value and produceing more turns.

The OrderNet Console is a complete, online, order management tool, helping match customer records between your database and ours, exporting orders and providing a dashboard-style overview of recent order history. Additionally, you’ll be able to control your carbon footprint, transmitting and archiving orders electronically instead of printing faxes and stuffing file folders.

Our data integration team will work with you initially to create an export file customized to match the import process in your ERP or accounting system. Once the file is finalized, we’ll train you on the OrderNet Console including how to match customer and export your files. This can usually be done in 2-4 weeks with a valid order sample and data structure.

Quickbooks users will require XTROVERT by Synqware (www.synqware.com) to be able to import Brandwise files. This easy-to-use third party application requires additional setup and training. Please consult your Brandwise sales contact for more information.
