Setup & Training
InvoiceXchange setup relies heavily on supplier participation. For suppliers already
providing files to other agencies, it can be completed in just a few minutes provided
we have their commitment to supply these files on a recurring monthly basis.
For suppliers not yet sending InvoiceXchange files, lead times can vary greatly
as there may be some programming or other behind-the-scenes work that must happen.
We endeavor to work closely with both agencies and suppliers to expedite this process.
Training for InvoiceXchange (along with setup of your initial supplier) usually
takes about 90 minutes and includes a walk-through of importing your first invoice
file.
